  6. This is composed of a DOS script and a C program working together to
  7. help using RCS ci command on a whole project.

  9. I suppose it is not suited for programmer teams needs but should help
  10. you much if you want, like me, to do a ci on a regular time basis but not
  11. each time you modify a single source file.
